Shipping and Returns
We endeavour to package and ship your order as soon as we can once it is received. We ship via Australia Post using their Parcel Post service. If you would like your fabrics sent Express Post please leave me a note when you are checking out, I will let you know what the additional cost is.
If I am able to fit your order into a smaller satchel or box than what is offered to you at check out I will do so and refund you the difference in shipping.
$10 flat rate shipping is available on orders being sent to an Australian address with a value of $50 or more.

Pick up is also an option from Willetton, Western Australia. You will find the option to pickup during check out. When your order is ready to collect you will receive an email advising that the order status has changed to "Awaiting Pickup". The address for collection is 1/11 Gympie Way, Willetton. This premises is not always manned so please email email@example.com to organise a time.
All sales are final, returns are not accepted. If you feel there is a flaw with the fabric that you have received please ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your fabric and prior to them being washed. Once fabric is washed we can not be responsible for any flaws.
If the fabrics that you have received do not match what you have ordered please contact us immediately and do not wash.
Exchange/refund is not possible if the fabric has been washed or more than 7 days after the fabric has been received by the customer.
