Use this tool to help sew over bulky seams on jeans or other thick-layered fabric. This tool keeps the presser foot horizontal to help feed thick layers evenly and stitch consistently. It has two widths for use with different thicknesses of fabric. It can be used with all sewing machines, and can even be used when sewing buttons, helping to create a thread shank.
